Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB)
∎ 1.LLM with exceptional academic credentials
∎ 2.License to pratice law
∎ 3.3-10 years of experience at a law firm or within an in-house legal department
∎ 4.Exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
∎ 5.Excellent business judgment and high level of professionalism
∎ 6.Ability to work in teams
∎ 7.Excellent time management and organizational skills

∎ 1 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1.Monitor legal risk in documentation and giving guidance on the acceptable assumption of risk.
∎ 2.Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for natural and juristic persons.
∎ 3.Conduct legal research and gather evidence.
∎ 4.Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before documents are executed.
∎ 5.Explain the law and give legal advice.
∎ 6.Offer legal representation at arbitration or mediation hearings.
∎ 7.Draft, review and manage wills, trusts, estates, contracts and deeds.
∎ 8.Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.
∎ 9.Facilitate innovative solutions to client problems.
∎ 10.Offer legal representation to clients in court proceedings on civil or criminal matters.
∎ 11.Manage and oversee paralegals and legal assistants.
∎ 12.Prepare pleadings, notices and make appearances in court.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 60 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
