Responsibilities & Context
· Representation: Represent the company in various courts, Tax Tribunals, and before the National Board of Revenue (NBR) or Deputy Commissioner of Taxes (DCT)
· Drafting: Prepare legal documents, contracts, and responses to NBR notices or audit queries
· Advice: Provide legal opinions and advice on corporate matters and tax-saving strategies
· Risk Management: Manage and monitor legal and tax risks related to company operations
· Any Other Task: Perform any other task assigned by the management
