∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Law (LLM)
∎ Skills Required: Company Law, Contract, Criminal Law, Drafting, Labor Law, Land Law

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Resolve any kind of civil, criminal and other cases up to final settlement.
∎ Prepare and verify legal drafts such as legal letter, MOU, Agreement as per company requirement to ensure company’s legal interest.
∎ Drafting and reviewing Government licenses agreements time to time.
∎ Resolve various legal issue raised by the company.
∎ Any task assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge about Labor Law, Land Law, Contract Law, Company Law, Commercial Law and in-depth grasp of the Bangladesh legal system.
∎ Excellent written drafting/oral communication skills (both in English and Bangla) with sound knowledge in MS office package are essential.
∎ Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
∎ The incumbent should be self-driven to work under pressure & result oriented.

Salary: Negotiable
