∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Draft and/or review legal letters, contracts and agreements and monitor legal obligations under agreements to ensure compliance, as requested.
∎ Prepare all legal requirements and help in decision making regarding any issue with experts/consultants opinion.
∎ Draft and review of legal documents (i.e. GD, FIR, Complaint Petition, Plaint and Written Statement) and provide legal opinion on criminal and civil matters, Legal Notice.
∎ Provide support to continue the running cases and take proper initiative to close the file.
∎ Prepare all legal requirements and help in decision making regarding any issue with experts/consultants opinion.
∎ Also Company all Legal issue
∎ Company all Disciplinary action.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill, communication ability, energetic and confident.
∎ Good command in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Office Outlook & Internet.
∎ Good command in English & Bangla as well as legal drafting.
∎ Good understanding of legal system and development systems;
