Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage wash development, bulk shade band and PP review approval, also review wash formula advised by the laundry.
∎ Look after the overall garment dyeing production.
∎ Ensure that the entire garment dyeing process is going well following SOPs.
∎ Instruct team that which chemical, dye formula/process be appropriate to create the right colour.
∎ Monitor in preparing a necessary receipt for production and obtain lab-dip approval for meeting with buyer's requirements and standards in respect of colour, shade, and other quality parameters.
∎ Monitor the recipe formulation, shade matching, machine utilization, time schedule, and workload as per weekly/monthly target.
∎ Carry out assigned responsibilities for developing, directing, and coordinating material planning activities for executing the production process.
∎ Analyze production data, including volume of production, consumption of raw materials, quality control measures and increase productivity.
∎ Ensure the dyeing production quality & communicate with higher authorities for approval of the quality.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years working experience in the laundry especially in the role of colourist of garment dyeing of RFD/PFD fabric.
∎ At least 3 years' experience in Jeanswear wet processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments, Textiles
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Washing Laundry
∎ Responsible, detail-minded, well organized, systematic, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
∎ Pass colour evaluation eye testing
∎ Diploma related to the above position.
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (essentially MS Word & MS Excel)
∎ Proficient in English.
