Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Planning: Collaborate with clients and designers, plan project scope and objectives.
∎ Budget and Cost: Develop budgets, manage expenses, and track project costs.
∎ Resource Management: Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials effectively.
∎ Schedule Oversight: Create and manage project timelines, adjust as needed.
∎ Team Leadership: Manage and guide landscaping teams and subcontractors.
∎ Quality Control: Ensure work meets standards and specifications.
∎ Client Communication: Maintain client relationships, provide updates on progress.
∎ Risk Management: Identify and address potential project risks.
∎ Permitting and Compliance: Obtain necessary permits, ensure regulatory adherence.
∎ Documentation: Maintain accurate records, generate progress reports.
∎ Health and Safety: Enforce safety protocols for workers and site.
∎ Problem Solving: Address challenges and make informed decisions for project success.
Additional Requirements:

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be determined with job experience and performance.
