Responsibilities & Context:

Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Land Sales Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to land sales, providing information to potential buyers, guiding them through the purchase process, and offering excellent customer service You will play a vital part in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.

Office Timing : 8 hours/ day (Tuesday to Sunday)(Monday is weekly off)

Location : Plot: C-11, Main Road,Mirpur-2,Dhaka-1216 (Opposite of 4 No. Gate Sher-E-Bangla-Cricket-Stadium)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries from potential buyers interested in land properties.
  • Provide detailed information about available land parcels, including pricing, location, zoning, and development potential.
  • Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and assessing buyer needs.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right property based on their preferences and budget.
  • Guide customers through the land purchasing process, from initial inquiry to closing.
  • Follow up on leads and past inquiries to nurture relationships and encourage sales.
  • Collaborate with General Manager to facilitate smooth processes and timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries in Excel.
  • Address customer concerns, provide problem-solving solutions, and offer support as needed.
  • Meet customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Stay informed about the land market, pricing trends, and competitor offerings to better serve customers.
