Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a passionate, fluent, and results-driven Tele Marketing Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to international clients via phone and other communication channels to promote our products/services, generate leads, and secure sales. You will play a key role in driving revenue and expanding the company’s global presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential international clients to introduce company services/products.
Generate leads and convert them to confirmed sales or qualified prospects.
Maintain a positive relationship with customers and ensure all queries are effectively resolved.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and improve sales strategies.
Record customer interactions, track leads, and update CRM systems accurately.
Meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize telemarketing campaigns.
