We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketer who can take full ownership of our online marketing strategy and lead multiple creative and communication teams. If you have a proven track record in digital growth, lead generation, and team management, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Plan, execute & optimize digital marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Email, etc.)
✅ Lead and manage the Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Call Center departments
✅ Drive brand visibility, lead generation & customer engagement
✅ Develop and implement content strategy & social media growth plans
✅ Monitor analytics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
✅ Collaborate with management for marketing & sales alignment
Requirements:
🔹 Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing (portfolio/case studies required)
🔹 Strong expertise in Paid Ads (Generate Lead), SEO, Content Marketing & Analytics
🔹 Leadership and team management skills
🔹 Fluent in English (must)
🔹 Excellent communication, strategic thinking & problem-solving ability
🔹 Experience in real estate marketing will be a big advantage
Tool Proficiency:
Facebook Business Manager
Google Ads & Analytics
SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar)
Canva / Adobe Photoshop (preferred but not mandatory)

🕙 Timing: Tuesday – Sunday, 10 AM – 8 PM
