✅ Proven experience in Property Preservation & Property Maintenance
✅ Bachelor’s degree completed (minimum requirement)
✅ Excellent English communication (speaking, writing, reading, listening) — IELTS is a plus
✅ Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
✅ Comfortable working night shift (US hours)
Responsibilities & Context:
✔️ Manage and maintain professional relationships with U.S. clients
✔️ Handle client communication via email, calls, and CRM systems
✔️ Coordinate with processing, QC, and vendor management teams
✔️ Track work orders, timelines, and client deliverables
✔️ Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining service quality
