Responsibilities & Context:

Department: Sales & Guest Services

Reports To: Front Office Manager / Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Tele sales Executive serves as the first point of contact for guests at Shayan Resort, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience from the moment of inquiry to departure. This dual-role position also involves generating sales through inbound and outbound calls, promoting resort packages, and managing booking inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly using the resort’s PMS system.
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and escalate when necessary.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organized front desk and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Tele sales Duties:
  • Conduct outbound calls to promote resort packages, seasonal offers, and group bookings.
  • Handle inbound calls for reservations, pricing inquiries, and general information.
  • Follow up with leads and past guests to encourage repeat bookings.
  • Maintain records of sales and client information in CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed monthly tele sales targets and KPIs.
