Almadina Abashon Ltd., a leading real estate company specializing in selling premium plots and land, is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive and Assistant Manager, Sales to join our dynamic team! If you have a passion for sales and real estate, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Office Timing: 10 AM - 8 PM (1 hour lunch break) (Tuesday to Sunday)(Monday is weekly off)
Location: Plot: C-11, Main Road,Mirpur-2,Dhaka-1216 (Opposite of 4 No. Gate Sher-E-Bangla-Cricket-Stadium)
Key Responsibilities:
Sell plots and land, achieve sales targets
Build relationships with clients and assist them in property decisions
Use marketing strategies to acquire new clients
Identify new business opportunities and present land sales proposals
