কাজ কী করতে হবে?
ফোন ও মেসেজে কাস্টমারের সাথে কথা বলা।
পণ্য ও সার্ভিস সম্পর্কে কাস্টমারকে তথ্য ও সহযোগিতা করা।
কম্পিউটার এ কথা বলা অবস্থায় টাইপিং করা ।
টিমের সাথে কাজ করা।
