বেতন: ১৫,০০০ টাকা (Basic) + টার্গেট ভিত্তিক পারফরম্যান্স বোনাস

কাজের সময় (১২ ঘণ্টা, শিফট ভিত্তিক)
কাজের দায়িত্ব
কাস্টমারের সাথে ফোন কলে যোগাযোগ করা
Messenger ও WhatsApp–এ কাস্টমারকে রিপ্লাই দেওয়া
প্রোডাক্টের বিস্তারিত বুঝিয়ে অর্ডার/সেলস কনফার্ম করা
নির্দিষ্ট সফটওয়্যারে কাস্টমারের তথ্য এন্ট্রি করা
টার্গেট পূরণে কাজ করা
যোগ্যতা ও প্রয়োজনীয়তা
ন্যূনতম শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: HSC / Honors (Running বা Completed)
Customer Service অথবা Sales ফিল্ডে পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা আবশ্যক
মোবাইল ও কম্পিউটারে দ্রুত টাইপিং স্পিড থাকতে হবে
কাস্টমারের সাথে ভদ্র ও স্পষ্টভাবে কথা বলার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে
শিফটে কাজ করার মানসিক প্রস্তুতি থাকতে হবে
