Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicate with customers via phone calls, messages, and online platforms to assist with orders and inquiries. Persuade potential customers to place new orders and provide excellent after-sales service. Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales data. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and providing accurate product information.Work in shifts as per company requirements.Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as set by the company.Achieve a specific number of orders per week/month based on team goals.Increase customer engagement and repeat business by upselling and cross-selling Layaana products.
