Responsibilities & Context:
Working Time: Roster Duty / Shifting Duty (Weekly 6 Days)
Morning Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM), Evening (3:00 PM -11:00 PM), Night Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Educational Requirements:
- Graduation in any discipline from any reputed university
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Job Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Team player
- Sound knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel
- Must be fluent in both Bangla & English
