Experience:

• Diploma in Medical Technology

• SSC pass, Science background will be given preferred.
• Diploma in Medical Technology course completion from a government-approved institute in Bangladesh.

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the relevant field
• Excellent command of both Bangla and English, with the ability to produce quality reports.

Job Summary: Responsible for performing laboratory all procedures, including analyzing samples. Ensure high-quality service and functions. Supervise Lab assistant, keeping accurate records and giving good service to the patient care.

JOB Duties:

• Performs all types of laboratory procedures maintaining with QC as consistent with training and experience.
• Assists in all non-technical aspects of laboratory works such as collecting and labeling specimens, record keeping, cleaning the working area, washing materials, pipetting, dispensing and measuring etc. as necessary.
• Maintains an active interest in learning and participates in teaching sessions as possible.
• Assists in supervising and teaching laboratory assistants and others.
• Maintains confidentiality regarding patient reports and a patient helpful attitude in
• Prepare necessary reagents and chemical for investigation
• Assists to prepare duty roster, monthly and annual report
• Must be flexible to obtain any other duties as required by the Laboratory Supervisor

Tk. 14,810 per month gross. Other benefits include provident fund, festival allowance once per year, and critical illness and death benefit.
