Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/ Masters in Microbiology from reputed Public University.
Job Context:
∎ C.P. Bangladesh Co., Ltd. is subsidiary concern of C.P. Group of Thailand.
∎ To ensure Company Growth in terms of Agriculture product production, control & production management as well as business profitability.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and perform Microbiological test and chemical test from raw materials to finished goods;
∎ Management of hygiene and sanitation of production floor by performing microbiological test;
∎ Drinking water and waste water quality management by microbiological and chemical test;
∎ Management of cleaning and sanitizing chemical used in production floor;
∎ Management of laboratory equipment and machineries;
∎ Purchase laboratory equipment by conducting with different suppliers;
∎ Management of calibration of all laboratory and production devices;
∎ Manage and conduct training for staffs on GMP, HACCP, SSOP, ISO 9001 and other food safety related issues;
∎ Prepare document basis on GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001 and other food food safety related issues;
∎ Any other duties as may reasonably be required, consistent with the grade of the position.
