Lab technician
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ready to complete desired plant regeneration protocol in in vitro technique
∎ Explant collection and sterilization
∎ Periodically subculture and shoot multiplication at appropriate shooting media
∎ To ready appropriate rooting media and generate rooting plantlets
∎ To make appropriate seedling bed and fulfil plantlet hardening at a fixed time
∎ Works on Aeroponic and hydroponic plant cultivation system
∎ Works on net house Mini tuber production from potato plantlets
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience with Tissue culture plantlet production, Hardening plantlets and fruit settings.
∎ Experience in relevant field will be given preference
∎ Have practical knowledge on production planning and production process
∎ Basic knowledge in planning and execution of research works as well as product evaluation activities.
∎ Solution driven, smart, approachable and possesses ability to work with people from different backgrounds
∎ Must have skill of multitasking
∎ Properly manage any unwanted situation
∎ Must have honest and hardworking
