∎ Age 22 to 30 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Day to Day Operation of Tissue Culture Lab.
∎ Explant Selection & Meristem Culture.
∎ Ensure high-quality and disease-free plantlet production.
∎ Contamination protection and ensuring good laboratory practice.
∎ Execute and implement potato and banana breeding materials and establish them for further propagation.
∎ Plantlet hardening and safe transportation to the production field.
∎ Maintain liaison with concerned authorities of government and non-government authorities.
∎ Monitoring the testing of the laboratory technicians in their group.
∎ Monitoring to lab dip matching, all type of test and washing effects.
∎ Select dyes recipe and process to meet the required color.
∎ Able to work with spectrometer, Data Color.
∎ Able to work with auto dispenser.
