Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma / B.Sc. in Textile Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform routine laboratory procedures & tests.
∎ Analysis & extract the core from customer's testing requirements.
∎ Assess test results and make decisions regarding lab.
∎ Work with product development team on the improvement of the testing result.
∎ Conduct schedule calibration.
∎ Ensure all lab testing is done within time with perfection.
∎ Any other task given by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ H&M approved candidate will be given preference.
∎ Should have ability to work with team.
∎ Should have strong communication, persuasion and presentation skill.
∎ Strong decision making and leadership skill.
∎ Proactive and ability to work under tight schedule.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS Office package.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in English & Bangla.

Salary: Negotiable
