Job Responsibilities:
∎ Chemical Lab
∎ Understanding and following the instruction of Lab Chemist.
∎ Provide technical support or assistance to chemist.
∎ Collecting, preparing and testing samples.
∎ Receiving, labeling and analyzing samples.
∎ Maintain, clean laboratory instruments or equipment.
∎ Under the supervision of chemist, he perform repetitive lab activities, such as setting up lab equipment and preparing chemical solutions.
∎ He also conduct chemical test, Dyes Test, Self-Shade
∎ Responsible for gathering certain chemicals and setting up laboratory equipment.
∎ To conduct analytical or lab-based tests on a variety of chemicals
∎ Assisting with the preparation of chemical solution.
∎ As a supervising Staff gather data.
∎ Monitor ongoing tests, noting differences.
∎ Providing technical support.
∎ Presenting result to Lab Chemist.
∎ Keeping TDS, MSDS, RSL, MRSL and SGS reports.
∎ Physical Lab
∎ Color fastness to Rubbing
∎ Color fastness to Wash
∎ Color fastness to water
∎ Acid perspiration
∎ Alkali Perspiration
∎ Hand-fell and Texture
∎ Tear strength (Central Lab)
∎ Tensile Strength (Central Lab)
∎ Seam slippage (Central Lab)
∎ Seam Force (Central Lab)
∎ Abrasions Resistance (Central Lab)
∎ Elastic Behaviour (Central Lab)
∎ Pilling Behaviour (Central Lab)
∎ Quality testing of garments and report submission
∎ Informing department head and production for rewash and taking correction action
∎ Commutation with merchandising department.
∎ On-time performance appraisal
∎ PH test
∎ Yarn Test
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
