Job Context:
∎ Reports to: Head of Programs
∎ Project duration: 8 months with possibility of extension Staff reporting: N/A
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting of research, knowledge management, Innovation and monitoring and evaluation systems.
∎ Professional research experience, or strong background of multi-disciplinary academic research in related or transferable skill areas. This should include both qualitative and quantitative research.
∎ Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English and Bengali
∎ IT Proficiency: Microsoft Excel proficiency, use of Google-Drive/One-Drive is a must for this role
∎ Practical experience of digital tools for data analysis and monitoring
∎ Excellent interpersonal communications skills and willingness to immerse within a multicultural team
∎ Demonstrable lateral thinking and problem-solving abilities
∎ Strong report writing capabilities, and able to condense information from multiple sources to a relatable format.
∎ Experience in developing concept notes/proposals, ToCs and Logframes.
