∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Buying House, Garments Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To understand European/Us trends and assess sample accordingly. To highlight any problem in technical file or sample.
∎ To have a good knowledge in knit fabrics and knit factory process flow (yarn spinning/knitting/dyeing/finishing/ garment construction/accessories.)
∎ To work closely with sample room to launch/follow up development styles
∎ Assess samples in terms of quality and styling
∎ Need to coordinate printing/embroidery/washing during sample development
∎ To understand technical files of buyer and to do risk analysis on each style
∎ To re engineer critical styles and propose options to buyers.
∎ Source fabric/Accessories requests from buyers' technical file
∎ Research and development : to source new types of
∎ - fabric
∎ - accessories
∎ - print
∎ - embro
∎ - wash
∎ - Finishing ( propose mock ups)
∎ Need to keep updated recap of all accessories requests with supplier name, leadtime and prices.
∎ To do close follow up of development with factory and sample room. Keep an updated record of sample recap
∎ To work in coordination with the merchandiser/designer
∎ To chase merch/sample room/factory to get development sample on time.
∎ Update fabric/accessories library all the time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should be fluent in both written and spoken English and flexible to work overtime hours.

Salary: Negotiable
