Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing food in a quick, clean, hygienic way
∎ Organizing orders for the kitchen team members
∎ Managing stock levels inside the kitchen
∎ Maintaining the food quality and hygiene standards set by upper management
∎ Ensuring junior team members are following standard operating procedures
∎ Checking the quality of all food items before they are dispatched for customers
∎ Organizing the kitchen for proper work flow
∎ Opportunities for management roles in the future
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years experience in a kitchen
∎ Able to read, understand and write English
∎ Preparing inventory sheets
∎ Leadership qualities
∎ Ability to work with others in a team setting
∎ Ability to lead vocally and by example of work
∎ Good Communication Skill (Bangla/ English)
∎ Excellent leadership skills
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 16000 (Monthly)
