Responsibilities & Context:
Akij Venture Group is looking for a competent Kitchen Manager for its Modern Kitchen unit. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing overall kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, maintaining hygiene standards, managing kitchen manpower, and supporting the commercial expansion of healthy and quality food services.
Responsibilities:
Oversee overall kitchen operations and daily activities
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction
Manage kitchen staff, inventory, and food costing
Coordinate food preparation and timely delivery for internal and external programs
Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards
Support branding and commercial food service operations
Prepare operational reports and improve service efficiency
