Job Context:
∎ We are looking for the experienced Chef who is highly expertise minimum 5/7 years in continental / Multi-cuisine kitchen. Your skill in Foods preparation should be matched by your creativity to develop new amazing tastes and recipes.
∎ Workplace: Baily Road, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating menu items like Pizza, Pasta, Salad, Rice, Soup, Chicken, Fishes, Big dishes and other related recipes and developing ensuring variety and quality.
∎ Assisting with the management of health and safety of food hygiene practices
∎ Managing and training any Commis Chefs
∎ Controlling and directing the food preparation process
∎ Approving and polishing dishes before they reach the customer
∎ Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels
∎ Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
∎ Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
∎ Ensures that all products are stored properly in the correct location at the appropriate levels at all times.
∎ Wash and disinfect kitchen area, workstations, tables, tools, knives and other equipment.
∎ Minimize waste and maintain controls to attain forecasted food cost.
∎ Review status of work and follow-up actions required with the responsible person before leaving.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): continental kitchen, multi-cuisine
∎ Formal Culinary Training, Previous Hotel Experience, Extensive Food and Beverage Knowledge, Strong Organizational Skills, Attention to Detail, Knowledge of Restaurant Regulations.
