Location: The Lone Star Steakhouse ( Chittagong & Dhanmondi,Dhaka )
Job Description
The Lone Star Steakhouse is looking for a dedicated and energetic Kitchen Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support chefs and kitchen staff in daily operations, ensuring smooth, hygienic, and efficient kitchen activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist chefs with food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
Wash, clean, and properly store kitchen utensils and equipment.
Receive, unpack, and organize kitchen supplies and ingredients.
Support plating and garnishing dishes when required.
Strictly follow food safety, hygiene, and health guidelines.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the kitchen supervisor or chef.
Requirements
Education: Minimum SSC or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
Prior experience in a kitchen environment will be an advantage.
Energetic, punctual, and eager to learn.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
