Job Description
The Lone Star Steakhouse is seeking professional, friendly, and service-minded Waiters to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure outstanding customer service, uphold restaurant standards, and deliver a memorable dining experience to every guest.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.
Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and well-maintained before and after service.
Provide menu details, recommend specials, and upsell items when appropriate.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards in the dining area.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely and efficiently, escalating when needed.
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to all restaurant policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Requirements
Education: Minimum HSC or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Polite, energetic, and guest-focused personality.
Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
