- Team player, stress tolerance, & customer orientation.
- Knowledge on client relationship management·
- Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)·
- Knowledge of Telemedicine Product.
- Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the digital health or healthcare industry add an advantage.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Work at any Software Company experience will be add an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context: We are looking for Key Account Manager (Digital Health Product) for our company Supernova Techno Ltd. (www.supernovatechbd.com) which is a leading information technology consulting, services, and business process outsourcing organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operational tasks including developing new product concepts·
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth·
- Prepare business plan and implement that ensure company's strong presence and expands customer base·
- Build and maintain professional networks·
- Build and maintain relationships amongst different potential clients and the company·
- Work closely with internal product development, marketing, and technical teams to customize digital products and services according to client specifications.·
- Provide feedback to the product teams to enhance existing digital products or develop new VAS offerings based on market and client needs.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities·
- Prepare presentation for products and services following to customer requirements and present/pitch/explain to the customers·
- Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections·
- Practical knowledge & experience on telemedicine products would be an added advantage for the job.
- Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote digital health products.
- Create engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
