Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor degree or equivalent degree in any discipline
∎ A-Level or graduation from any background.
∎ Candidates must have to complete Diploma/ Graduation.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive Inbound Calls/Outbound Calls
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Receiving customer complaints and input those in the system for necessary measures
∎ Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
∎ Generate new sales or subscriptions to the different services offered.
∎ Collecting information from the customer and inputting this correctly and appropriately on the database.
∎ Should be able to convince people over phone.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
∎ Able to work 8-10 hours daily on Day Candidates having experience in call center (particularly for promoting and selling products) will be an added advantage for the position

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants those have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Customer Support through Phone, Call Center will be an added advantage for the position
∎ Must have good oral communication skills with clear voice (Bangla & English).
∎ Should be able to handle Inbound & Outbound Calls with patience.
∎ Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (i. e. MS Word, MS Excel etc.)
∎ Must be mature, credible and comfortable in dealing with customers.
∎ Good interpersonal skill.
∎ Responsible, Reliable, Highly energetic, Polite and hardworking.

Salary: Tk. 8000 - 10000 (Monthly)
