Experience:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Apparel Designer (Denim & Non-denim) to lead the design and development of innovative, trend-forward apparel collections. The ideal candidate has a strong aesthetic vision, deep understanding of garment construction, and the ability to translate market insights into commercially successful products.
Design Leadership:
Lead the design process for seasonal collections from concept to final specs, delivering styles that align with brand identity and consumer needs.
· Trend & Market Research:
Analyze global fashion trends, competitive landscape, fabric innovations, and consumer insights to inform design strategy.
· Concept Development:
Create seasonal mood boards, color palettes, fabric direction, and silhouette concepts that drive the collection vision.
· Technical Design Collaboration:
Work with technical designers, patternmakers, and sample rooms to ensure fit consistency, construction quality, and design integrity.
· Product Innovation:
Explore new materials, trims, washes, and technical features to elevate product performance and aesthetic.
· Cross-Functional Partnership:
Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams to meet costing targets, timelines, and margin requirements.
· Sample Review:
Conduct fittings, review prototypes, and communicate clear revisions for sample improvements.
· 4–5+ years of apparel design experience, preferably Denim and Non-denim Men’s, Women’s and Kids categories.
