Bachelor’s degree along with professional experience in tourism, visa sales, immigration consultancy, study abroad sales, or travel agencies. (preferred)

Skills & Competencies

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Attend Phone call, excellent communication skills.

• Customer relationship management skills with negation.

• Ability to explain visa rules, documentation requirements, and timelines clearly to clients

• Target-driven, result-oriented, and self-motivated

• Good problem-solving attitude to handle client objections or issues

• Knowledge of visa categories (work, student, tourist, business, permanent residency, etc.)

Experience:

• Knowledge of visa application processes, documentation, and compliance for multiple countries

Location: Karwan Bazar (only for Dhaka)

Working Hours: 6 days a week (including weekends/holidays as required)
