Must have sweater product experience, Quality Control/ Audit
Job Responsibilities:
∎ . As a Junior quality controller (sweater), you will be responsible for ensuring and managing the quality of all products from the yarn quality to finishing.
∎ . You will be expected to work individually or as a part of a team.
∎ .You will be expected to be capable of handling tight time pressure without compromising your work or that of your team members.
∎ .You will be expected transparent about the situation you are facing during your job responsibility and ethical regarding your work procedure.
∎ .You should have experience with the sweater item, knitting mechanism, machine working procedure, cam setting, design making in the knitting machine to have proper asking product from the manufacturer.
∎ .You should have experience of running a knitting machine by yourself.
∎ .Applicant should have proper knowledge about the sweater.
∎ .You have to monitor every step and need to update the concerned department every day.
∎ .creation of inspection reports.
∎ .Team management.
∎ .Controlling power over the manufacturer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ .Proffesional at work.
∎ .Knowladge about yarn quality, count, consumption, production, knitting, linking, trimming, mending, washing etc.
∎ .Should be energetic, Smart, well visioned, and capable to handle the pressure.
∎ . Should have a positive attitude towards the company, free to share thoughts about the changes required for smooth work.
∎ .Good computing skill,
∎ .Strong technical knowledge.
∎ .Should have good mailing capacity and a good understanding capacity of English.
∎ .Capacity of understanding the tech file.
∎ .Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
