∎ Age 23 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for flock performance.
∎ Ensure proper flock management and shed activities - cleaning and disinfecting, preparation for chick placement, brooding, ventilation, grading, egg production, body weight management and shed records.
∎ Monitor flock health status, implement vaccination and medication program.
∎ Ensure strict and proper bio-security.
∎ Record keeping and analysis of flock record.
∎ Maintenance of all kind of equipment’s.
∎ Report to Farm Manager on daily basis.
∎ Maintain farm discipline, make work plan for supervisor and workers and monitor them closely.
∎ Prepare daily reports and give software posting (production data). Also prepare monthly production report and send to farm manager.
∎ Assist immediate supervisor in training workers·
