Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Agriculture
∎ Diploma in Agriculture in any of the Agriculture College/ Training Institute under Bangladesh Technical Education Board.
∎ Skills Required: Field Supervision, Field Work

∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
agro based farm
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Farming
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the day-to-day production activities of biofertilizers and biopesticides.
∎ Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain product consistency and quality.
∎ Collaborate with supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
∎ Conduct quality checks on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
∎ Identify and report any deviations from quality standards.
∎ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
∎ Adhere to safety protocols and regulations in the production area.
∎ Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
∎ Report any safety concerns or incidents to the supervisor.
∎ Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
∎ Notify relevant personnel when inventory levels are low and reorder supplies as needed.
∎ Operate production equipment under supervision.
∎ Report any malfunctions or issues with equipment to the maintenance team.
∎ Maintain accurate production records, including batch records and logbooks.
∎ Assist in updating and organizing documentation related to production processes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound technical knowledge of potato and rice production.
∎ Excellent interpersonal Skill, Presentation & Facilitation Skills including the ability to work in Team.
∎ Willingness to travel regularly at field/ remote (Char) Areas.
∎ Willing to drive Motorcycle.
∎ Candidates having valid driving license and own Motorbike will be preferred.
∎ Good interpersonal and effective communication skills.
∎ Smart, energetic, proactive, hardworking, self-motivated, Positive attitude, committed team player and dynamic.
∎ Must have typing skill in English and Bengali.
∎ Have good computer knowledge on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and using Internet.
∎ Must be sincere and must be committed to Bangladesh.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the superior.Ability to work in stressful conditions and achieve the Target/ Results.
∎ Capable to work in Rural Areas.
∎ Reporting and Documentation Skills.
