Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ø Analyze competitor performance and market trends to provide recommendations for brand development
∎ Ø Conduct research to understand markets to identify consumer trends & needs and determine how to position the company’s brand
∎ Ø Monitor and analyze market share trends, sales volumes, and competition
∎ Ø Prepare distribution & market coverage plan as per TG profile in coordination with the sales team
∎ Ø Track marketing parameters such as pricing, distribution, and POS to assist in better positioning and brand optimization of company products
∎ Ø Plan and execute creative ideas for marketing activities
∎ Ø Monitor and Lead CRM Team and submit Report on customer Feedback.
∎ Ø Recommend and prepare content of Digital Marketing
∎ Ø Develop and optimize marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion)
∎ Ø Track marketing budgets for maximizing gains and reducing costs
∎ Ø Assist in developing promotional strategies for brand awareness and profitability
∎ Ø Generate reports on brand performance, sales, and all marketing projects
