• Candidate must have woven garments experience (Both Development and Execution with production)
• Smart, Energetic and have the knowledge to work under pressure.
• Should have excellent communication skill both English and Bangla.

We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Junior Officer to join our Merchandising Team.This role is desirable for those who want to learn and develop their career in a friendly environment. Production merchandising and development merchandising.

• Understand and follow customer procedures for order fulfilment.

• To prepare the cost sheet for each product or item, review production tech pack.

• Collect the PO and coordinate with the concern to execute the order.

• Booking TRIMS & Accessorise in a professional way to ensure on time supply chain.

• Ability to sourcing new fabric and material and deliver the right product at the right time.

• Pre-Production meeting with buyer and production team.

• Order follow-up with buyer.

• Production follow-up to ensure on time delivery with quality.

• Traceability follow-up with buyer and supplier and keep record of backsword suppliers.

• Liaison with the commercial team about the shipping documents and undertaking all formalities and update the buyers.

• Sustainability/TC certificate sourcing.

• Mobile bill
