Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Textile Engineering, Bachelor in Merchandising /Apparels Merchandising. Masters in related discipline from any reputed University with 1st Class / 1st Class equivalent CGPA.

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Order Coordination: Assist in the coordination of orders from inception to delivery, ensuring that products are manufactured, delivered, and shipped on time.
∎ Product Development: Collaborate with design and development teams to bring new woven garment concepts to life, including fabric sourcing, sample production, and quality control.
∎ Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for fabrics, trims, and other materials required for garment production.
∎ Production Monitoring: Oversee the production process, monitor timelines, quality, and quantities to ensure products meet quality standards and delivery deadlines.
∎ Cost Analysis: Support in cost negotiations, budget tracking, and cost analysis to maintain profitability and competitiveness.
∎ Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring that stock levels are optimized and meet customer demands.
∎ Communication: Maintain effective communication with various stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure all parties are informed and aligned on project status and requirements.
∎ Quality Control: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure garments meet the required quality and safety standards.
∎ Documentation: Maintain and organize order documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, shipping documents, and records related to compliance and quality control.
∎ Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to make informed recommendations and decisions.

∎ Prior experience in the fashion or textile industry, or relevant internships, is a plus.
