Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Planning and Organizing Fabric & Trims etc. as per factory production plan
∎ • Working closely with managers for various buying meeting understand and handle the production accordingly.
∎ • Maintain order summary and material tracker.
∎ • Updating production status & order requirements & solving factory queries
∎ • Responsible for timely execution of orders as per customer requirements
∎ • Recommended merchandise based on customer needs.
∎ • Coordinated among all supply chain and production unit to ensure on time delivery.
∎ • Making recommendations and advising others on opportunities and risks.
∎ • Managing stock availability and efficiently use the available stock for orders.
∎ • Completing all paperwork and administration tasks as required.
∎ • Reviewing inspection report on weekly basis and take corrective actions.
∎ • Maintain proper record for running orders and upcoming orders.
∎ • Prepare T&A and meet the deadline based on buyer requirement.
∎ • Stage knowledge would be added advantage
∎ • Good in Excel & Computer
∎ • Good in communication

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
