Responsibilities & Context:
- Review and check all assigned project Mechanical installation drawings for compliance with all company and project instructions (One-line diagrams, Mechanical equipment location drawings, plan drawings, details, schematics, etc.) of technical vendor submittals for installation requirements.
- Proper Coordination with Consultant, Client or Engineering Team for related design & support to execute the plan.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop mechanical design solutions for construction projects.
- Assist in the analysis of mechanical systems and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Participate in the selection and procurement of mechanical equipment and materials.
- Assist in the preparation of Mechanical Shop drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Conduct on-site inspections and quality control checks to ensure mechanical systems are installed correctly and meet design specifications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems with other construction elements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to mechanical engineering.
- Keep proper documentation of all installation reports, testing & commissioning reports, equipment data, and all technical data for the Mechanical system.
- Strong knowledge of safety requirements and maintain high safety standards.
