Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pattycash management.
∎ Maintain and Repair of Office Appliances and Equipment.
∎ Air Condition Repair, Maintenance.
∎ Maintain Air Conditioner Registrar.
∎ Laptop & office equipment asset tag maintain.
∎ Office ID Card, Business Card proof checking, Taking Request, Printing and Delivery to the employee.
∎ New Employee orientation, sitting arrangement, provide stationery item etc.
∎ Resigned employee's administrative asset takeover and necessary clearance.
∎ Look after printing and stationeries of office Letterhead, Challan, Money receipt, different form, brochure, booklet etc.
∎ Garbage and unused goods selling, selecting vendor, taken approval and process accordingly.
∎ Look after Light-Fan, plumbing, water-filter repair and maintenance.
∎ Supervise the day-to-day activities of cleaner, office peon, office assistant.
∎ Fire Fighting Extinguishers Refilling, Arrange Training and Necessary correspondence.
∎ Repair office Table and Chair and requisition for new demand
∎ Police case, General Diary, Necessary persuasion etc.
∎ Performs other function as may be assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
