Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Follow-up daily production and manage people.
∎ To ensure the production of maximum quality products with minimum rejection & generate reports as per requirement.
∎ To motivate operators for maximizing production efficiency and train them to improve their skill.
∎ To ensure necessary steps to manage floor manpower.
∎ To maintain 5S in production area to ensure discipline.
