The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing revenue reporting, billing operations, and financial documentation while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

• Assist in the preparation and submission of detailed Monthly Revenue Reports to ensure accurate recognition of company sales.

• Respond to and resolve client billing inquiries, including matters related to VAT, AIT, and other financial concerns.

• Manage, update, and maintain customer profiles in the Billing System, covering service suspension, upgrades, downgrades, and discontinuations.

• Prepare and process manual invoices based on client-specific requirements.

• Generate Musak 6.7 (Credit Notes) and Musak 6.8 (Debit Notes) with appropriate supporting documentation.

• Review and verify delivery challans against corresponding sales proposals or work orders for hardware deliveries.

• Validate retail partner commissions at month-end in accordance with partnership agreements.

• Ensure timely completion of all billing operations to meet internal and external deadlines.

• Track and follow up on pending sales files to minimize delays in the sales and billing process
