Accurate Sample Development, Buyer Handling, MS Office
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate overall development sample program with Decathlon Merchandiser.
∎ Proper communication & relationship with buyer to understand & fulfill the requirement.
∎ Arrange internal risk analysis meetings & clear understanding of tech packs.
∎ Follow up daily sample room plan to achieve committed delivers.
∎ Check all buyer samples according to the standard to meet customer expectation.
∎ Educate sample operators for right sample construction & quality.
∎ Develop production feasible sample & come up with suggestions.
∎ Handover bulk package with GPQ with all development updates & participate PP meetings.
∎ Proper development records & KPI maintain.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Leadership Quality with a positive attitude & having the ability to take decisions independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem-solving & analytical skills.
∎ Strong communication abilities, in Bengali and English, both oral and written.
∎ Computer Literacy is a must, especially in the office package.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to handle buyers I.e. Decathlon
Salary: Negotiable
