Feature Research & Planning

• Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer demands to propose new feature ideas.
• Convert insights into feature specifications, workflows, and user stories for developers.
• Prioritize features based on business goals, usability, and customer impact.

Feature Design & Documentation

• Create clear feature briefs, option lists, and acceptance criteria.
• Provide wireframes, flowcharts, or mockups (when required) to illustrate functionality.
• Ensure features are scalable, practical, and aligned with overall product strategy.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Test developed features from an end-user perspective to validate usability and correctness.
• Identify and report bugs, inconsistencies, or missing functionalities.
• Work with developers to refine and finalize features before release.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
• Act as a bridge between customers, management, and developers.
• Gather feedback after feature rollout and suggest enhancements.
• Keep documentation updated for future reference and team alignment.
