∎ Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil)/ Graduation.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ He should have the ability to procure orders from different Client/ buyers and have adequate knowledge about Industrial Ventilation & Cooling System.
∎ Preparing sales information, analysis and reports to meet deadlines.
∎ Achieve monthly sales Target.
∎ Establishing long term business relationship with corporate & retail clients.
∎ Frequent market visits, relationship building and negotiation to establish brand value and ensure long term profitable growth of the business.
∎ Ensuring service delivery across all clients and following up for research on product quality needs and development.
∎ Provide regular feedback to authority about current situation/status of Cooling System Market in the country.
∎ Innovating potential ideas for the marketing development and also to making a brand name of company.
∎ Interface with sales, product and technical team regarding customer requirements & competitive trends.
∎ Collect and update management on market intelligence on competitors.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing of Industrial Products.
∎ Good interpersonal communication skill both Bengali & English;
∎ Computer knowledge is must (Internet, Email, MS Word & MS Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)
∎ Ability to work under pressure & time limit;
∎ Performance oriented;
∎ Should have presentation skill
∎ Friendly attitude towards all colleagues
∎ Having the mentality to take sales pressure/ work load.
∎ Sincere, hardworking, and polite.
