Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ STRATEGY
∎ Understand the development process starting from fabric selections, fittings, washing and finishing.
∎ Facilitate and execute design’s vision while meeting PDM / UK Business Head needs through strategic development and right-first-time sampling.
∎ Be aligned with the development plan that balances innovation, quality, and cost while mitigating risk.
∎ Help to manage development before it’s gone for sourcing and help guide the Sample / CAD section on design / pattern.
∎ Follow-up with sourcing suppliers to ensure all key fabrics & other trims & accessories are delivered on time.
∎ Liaising closely with the marketing and sample unit to understand their function.
∎ Help in preparing/arranging samples for season buying / marketing meetings.
∎ Responsible for issuing sample request forms.
∎ Release all trims booking accordingly and communicate with the respective supplier on a regular basis.
∎ Maintain bought and developed sample logs regularly.
∎ Oversee the PD fabric library of core and novelty fabrics for design use.
∎ Make sure the development plan is in place with WIP / Tracker.
∎ Ad. hoc project as assigned by Seniors.
∎ RESEARCH AND DESIGN
∎ Assist on development of season fabrics, mock-ups, samples, trims, prints, and washes.
∎ Preserve all PD reports by season.
∎ PRODUCT FINALISATION
∎ Facilitate the development of aesthetically correct samples that meet design’s vision.
∎ Ensure the sample is in correct fit and shape.
∎ Maintain bought and developed sample logs regularly.
∎ Assist seniors for updating PD room sample racks.
∎ Maintain a photo archive of the product by season and category.
∎ Develop and prepare sample virtual presentations.

∎ Excellent knowledge in written & spoken English
∎ Excellent Graphic Software knowledge
∎ Effective Communication Skill
