Educational Requirements:
∎ • Industrial Engineering degree with good academic result.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Standardize every business process and ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material.
∎ Play role in renovating existing system and introduce automation in business process in order to increase overall benefit of the business by using IE tools (Time-motion study, 5S, 8 waste, VSM, WIP optimization, Root-Cause analysis and Preventive action, Kaizen, OEE calculation).
∎ Identify the low-performing and non-value-added activities and determine solutions to the business problems to meet business needs.
∎ Overseeing implementation of solutions – checking against the initial requirements.
∎ Implement best practices to define requirements of management control systems.
∎ Ensuring the effective use of information systems to fulfill the business needs.
