Full-time residency at the assigned project site is mandatory and considered a core requirement of this position.
A weekly one-day holiday will be provided.
Knowledge of inventory management systems.
Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Knowledge of safety regulations related to material handling and storage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials, tools, and equipment.
Inspect materials upon delivery to verify quantities and quality against purchase orders and specifications.
Ensure proper documentation for all received items, including invoices, delivery notes, and receipts.
Ensure materials are stored in a safe, secure, and organized manner.
Intervals and maintains proper records of inventory.
Prepare the indent as per project demand and generate the indent for the software.
Maintain detailed records of stock levels and material usage on ERP.
